Description
This is the kind of tobacco barn that used to be on my grandfather's farm. They had four flues, or burners. One in each corner, that burned fuel oil, and had to be monitored through the night when curing tobacco, to insure that the correct heat was maintained, and that they didn't go out or set fire tot the barn. It was a grueling process, especially after spending the day harvesting the tobacco, tying to sticks and hanging on the rafters in the barns.
