A wild stallion, coming off the beach, into the dunes, on North Carolina's northern Outer Banks. Descendants of Spanish Mustangs have lived on the Outer Banks of North Carolina for nearly 500 years. This stallion is part of the herd that roams the beaches and maritime forests near Carova.
