Artist's Description

The Onaqui wild stallion known as Mr T shaking off the dust after a roll in the dirt. Utah is experiencing a drought, and conditions are very dry. In the west desert home of these wild horses, even walking can stir up a cloud of dust. Horses roll for many reasons. The dust dries the skin and coat of sweat and moisture, cooling them off. It scratches places they can't reach, and sometimes it just feels good to stretch and relax.
